Adina Stowell Elected President of Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County

Umberg/Zipser is proud to announce that its partner, Adina W. Stowell, has been elected President of the Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County (CRF-OC). Adina has served on the Board of Directors since 2006, and most recently served as Vice-President and Secretary of the organization.

CRF-OC is a non-profit, non-partisan education organization dedicated to empowering Orange County youth to be active, responsible citizens. Since 1981, CRF-OC has provided high-quality, interactive civic and law-related educational programs that connect students directly with volunteer professionals and community leaders. CRF-OC’s education programs serve nearly 10,000 local teens and adult volunteers each year. Its programs include Mock Trial and Peer Court, as well as Law Day, Constitution Day and Career Forum conferences.

Umberg Zipser’s partners are long-time supporters of CRF-OC. For example, founding partner Tom Umberg has served as a Mock Trial coach and helped lead CRF-OC conferences, and founding partner Dean Zipser continues to serve on the CRF-OC board of directors and various committees. Umberg/Zipser is also a major contributor to CRF-OC’s annual fundraising campaign. As Zipser noted: “We are strong believers in giving back to the community and our profession. Adina’s commitment to CRF-OC is another example of our lawyers’ continuing leadership in charitable and professional organizations.”
