The Orange County Bar Association’s Nominating Committee has chosen Umberg/Zipser partner Scott Garner to be a candidate for OCBA Secretary in the election that opens September 6.  Scott looks to continue his long service to lawyers, which includes representing them in litigation, counseling them on ethics issues, and giving his time and energy to local and statewide bars.  If victorious, Scott will become OCBA President in 2020.  You may read more about Scott’s candidacy, including his list of endorsements, at www.scottgarner4secretary.com.
