U/Z partner, Todd Smith, has been a member of the CASA Board of Directors for several years and currently serves as its Secretary.  Prior to his Board service, Todd was a CASA mentor/advocate for two years.  Since 1985, CASA has trained more than 4,000 volunteers who have given over 1,800,000 hours to helping over 9,000 youth in the Orange County foster care system.
