Chris Wang is an associate at Umberg/Zipser and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Chris was an attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he gained litigation and trial experience. His experience includes high-stakes employment and class action litigation, securities litigation, and white-collar investigations.

Chris graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and Dean’s Honors Scholarship. While in law school, Chris served as Notes and Comments Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review and was a member of UCI Law’s Immigrant Rights Clinic, where he represented detained individuals in bond and asylum proceedings. Chris was also an extern to the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.

Chris graduated cum laude from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs with a minor in Sociocultural Anthropology.
