Ethan Feng is an associate at Umberg/Zipser where he focuses his practice in complex commercial litigation, professional liability disputes and ethics counseling, and employment litigation. He has represented law firms and lawyers in disputes concerning claims of legal malpractice and ethical violations, as well as companies and business owners in business torts, trade secret litigation, and real estate related disputes.

Ethan is experienced in both trials and appeals, including significant experience as the first chair at trial, and recently was part of the U/Z trial team that secured a $47 million jury verdict in an interference with contract trial.

Ethan attended law school at the University of California, Los Angeles. While attending law school, he was the co-president of the UCLA Law Mock Trial Program, and led the program to victory in various national competitions. For exhibiting excellence and attaining high honors in trial advocacy, Ethan was awarded the Order of the Barristers. He continues to share his passion for trial advocacy by volunteering as a coach of the mock trial program of Orange County School of the Arts, leading the team to win the County Championship. His efforts in teaching trial advocacy skills has been recognized by the Senate of the State California as well as by the County of Orange.
