Jeremy G. Suiter is a partner at Umberg/Zipser. An experienced business litigator, Jeremy regularly represents companies in cases involving breach of contract, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and other business torts. He also represents business owners in disputes over ownership and control of their businesses. In addition, Jeremy advises attorneys in legal malpractice and legal ethics matters. Whether in state court, federal court, or arbitration, Jeremy develops practical strategies to resolve disputes successfully and efficiently, and he provides clear guidance throughout the litigation process.

An active member of the local legal community, Jeremy served for more than ten years on the Orange County Bar Association’s Professionalism and Ethics Committee, which advises lawyers on the professional and ethical practice of law, and he now serves as an arbitrator with the Orange County Bar Association’s Fee Arbitration program for fee disputes between attorneys and clients.
