Negah M. Daily
Negah M. Daily is an associate at Umberg/Zipser where she focuses her practice in commercial litigation. She assists clients of all sizes in a range of industries including commercial real estate and real estate finance.
Prior to starting practice, Negah served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Andrew J. Guilford, U.S. District Court, Central District of California, was a volunteer law clerk for Public Law Center, and managing editor for Legal Aid Society of Orange County.
Negah attended law school at UC Irvine School of Law where she received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and the Pro Bono Achievement Award. She worked as associate editor for the UC Irvine Law Review, Chair of the Trial Advocacy Club, co-founder of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and as a research assistant. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from UC Berkeley.
