Umberg/Zipser LLP (U/Z) is pleased to announce that associates Ethan Feng and Negah M. Daily have joined the firm.
Ethan Feng’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, professional liability disputes and employment litigation. Ethan is a graduate of UCLA Law School, where he was the co-president of the UCLA Law Mock Trial Program, and led the program to victory in various national competitions. Ethan was awarded The Order of Barristers, a national honor recognizing students and alumni who possess the highest caliber of spoken and written persuasion, dedication to the art of advocacy and paramount professionalism, and one of the highest honors a law school can bestow upon its most impressive graduates.
Negah Daily focuses her practice in commercial litigation. Prior to starting practice, Negah served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Andrew J. Guilford, U.S. District Court, Central District of California, was a volunteer law clerk for Public Law Center, and managing editor for Legal Aid Society of Orange County. She attended law school at UC Irvine School of Law where she received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and the Pro Bono Achievement Award. She worked as associate editor for the UC Irvine Law Review, as Chair of the Trial Advocacy Club, as co-founder of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and as a research assistant. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from UC Berkeley.
