Suiter brings more than two decades of experience representing businesses and individuals in complex business litigation, including shareholder and partnership conflicts, fraud and business tort claims, trade secret matters, and contract disputes. His practice focuses particularly on disputes involving closely held companies and founders, where litigation often intersects with sensitive business relationships and strategic decision-making.
