Scott Garner and Todd Smith gave a legal ethics MCLE presentation entitled "Navigating the Attorney/Client Privilege" as part of the Orange County Bar Association's Specialty Credit Night on December 15. A significant part of their practices focuses on professional liability disputes and ethics counseling. They have represented a number of large and mid-size law firms, along with individual lawyers, in pre-litigation and litigation disputes concerning claims of legal malpractice, ethical violations, and securities fraud arising from their litigation, transactional, and IP practices.
